Mayröcker, Schubert's „Lindenbaum“ and Yael Naim's song "She was a boy" are the fragments from which the protagonist draws in search of herself and traces her story. It is a journey between the genders, the inner child is still free of categorization, and even if the clown has a male connotation in our society, this role gives space to break out of stereotype drawers. "One day you'll be free" - "You'll never be free"! The lime tree casts a shadow over all attempts at liberation, a veil of farewell and transience, of the end of this journey.

„Mops“ is contemporary circus and physical theatre, it‘s a performance with electronic live music. The German children's song about the death of the pug in the kitchen interpreted by Cora Frost is an endless loop of failure and serves as a foil for the eternal return of the failure of relationships in the 21st century. The two comic-like characters are products of the projections and phantasies of society. They make us laugh and cry in their eternal struggle with affection and rejection.
